Can a minor apply for an IPO?
Yes, minors can apply for IPOs through ATS. To learn how to apply for an IPO using UPI, see How to apply for an Initial Public Offering (IPO)?
If UPI is not enabled for minor accounts, please use the net banking ASBA route and provide their demat account information to apply (subject to the bank's policies on minors applying for IPOs). If the minor uses someone else's bank or demat account, the RTA may decline the application.
