What is the procedure for changing the address of the partnership firm and a private limited company?

FOR PARTNERSHIP FIRM

Following are the documents that require for modification of the address

1. Filled accounts modification form with seal and signed by authorized signatory on the prescribed place.
2. The updated address proof with seal and signed by the authorized partner. (registration certificate, latest month transaction copy of bank statement, utility bill, or lease/ rent agreement.

FOR PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

Following are the documents required for modification of the address

1. Filled accounts modification form with seal and signed by authorized signatory on the prescribed place.
2. The updated address proof with seal and signed by the authorized director. (Certificate of incorporation, Latest month transaction copy of Bank statement, Utility Bill, or Lease/Rent Agreement)
3. Board Resolution.

You scan all the documents and send them to support mail, or you can courier all the documents to the following address:
