I dont have access to my mobile phone and email id. Now, how do I log in to my ATS account?

You cannot log in to your ATS account without having access to either of them. In this case, you have to change/modify your phone number and email address by printing and filling offline modification form (Download here) and sending the physical form to the following address:

It will take 2 business days to modify your phone number and email. The password can be reset once the modification is done. See How to reset the password in Matrix App?
