How to reset the password in Matrix App?

To reset the password on the Kite App, follow these steps:

• Enter your Client ID and click on the Login button.
• Click on “Forgot Password?”
• Enter your Client ID, PAN, and Date of Birth.

• You will receive an email and sms with your new one-time password.
• Open the Matrix App again and this time, log in with your new one-time password.
• Enter the OTP received on your phone and email address.
• Set new password (Also check the password setting instructions mentioned below)
