How to reset the password in Matrix App?
To reset the password on the Kite App, follow these steps:
- Enter your Client ID and click on the Login button.
- Click on “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your Client ID, PAN, and Date of Birth.
- You will receive an email and sms with your new one-time password.
- Open the Matrix App again and this time, log in with your new one-time password.
- Enter the OTP received on your phone and email address.
- Set new password (Also check the password setting instructions mentioned below)
