How to unblock a user in Matrix App?

To unblock the user on the Matrix App, follow these steps:

• Enter your Client ID and click on login
• Click on “Unblock User”
• Enter your Client ID, PAN, and Date of Birth.

• You will receive an email and sms with your new password and OTP.
• Open the Matrix App again and this time, log in with your new password.
• Enter the OTP received on your phone and email address.
• Set up a new password (Also check the password setting instructions mentioned below.
