Why am I not receiving the sms or emails of the order I am placing?

This usually happens when your mobile number or email address registered with ATS is incorrect or your DND is activated. To verify which is your registered mobile number and email, follow these steps:

Web Application
  • Visit https://trading.adityatrading.in/
  • Log in by entering your Client ID and Password, followed by OTP
  • Go to the Profile section (top-right corner), and click on Profile
  • You can see your registered mobile number and email in the bottom right corner under contact details.
Matrix App
  • Open the Matrix App, enter your User ID and Password, followed by OTP.
  • Go to the user section (top-right corner) and click on Account Information.
  • You can see your registered mobile number and email in the Personal Details section.

Note: Also, check your email SPAM folder and if you find the emails there, mark it as “Not spam”
