- Receive a copy of KYC and all executed documents.
- Receive contract notes for trades executed, within 24 hours of the trade.
- Receive funds and securities payout within the time prescribed by SEBI/exchanges.
- Receive a complete statement of accounts at agreed intervals.
- Lodge a complaint with the broker, the exchange, or SEBI (SCORES) and get time-bound redressal.
Your key obligations
- Provide complete and accurate KYC information, and keep mobile/email updated.
- Read and understand the Risk Disclosure Document before trading.
- Pay applicable margins and settle obligations on time.
- Verify trades in contract notes and report discrepancies promptly.
- Do not share login credentials or trade based on unsolicited tips.
