How do I change or modify the nomination details in my ATS account?

To change or modify the nominee(s) details, follow the processes

ONLINE

Please make sure you have the following information about the nominee that you are going to add, i.e., Email address, Phone number, Address, Pin code, and anyone identification number, for example, Aadhaar card number, PAN, or Demat ID

Here are the steps:

• visit https://adityatrading.in/
• Click on login and enter the phone number followed by OTP.
• Go to the menu bar (top-right corner) and click on the profile section.
• Click on the nominee tab and go to the nominee that you want to change or modify.

• Change the nominee details and click on the Process Esign button.
• Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number, and after verifying the nomination form, click on the “Sign now” button.
• Now enter your Aadhaar number followed by your Aadhaar OTP.

After following the steps mentioned above, a confirmation screen will appear on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email.

OFFLINE

To change or modify the details of the nominee(s) in your ATS account, you have to download and fill out the nomination form (Click Here), account modification form (Click Here), sign it, and courier it to the ATS head office

You also need to send on ID proof of the nominee along with nomination form, Any ID proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN, Voter ID, Driving license, etc. will suffice.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

• Make sure the sum total of all the percentage of shares is 100.

• It will take 2 business days to add the nominee online.

• After receiving the documents, It will take 4 business days to process the request offline.

• If the nominee is minor, then you have to provide the guardian's details in the form, we also require ID proof of both the nominee and guardian.

• The nomination form needs to be signed by all the account holders in case of a joint account.

• Non-individual accounts cannot have a nominee.
