I have been getting a lot of stock tips on SMS and calls ever since I opened an account in ATS. How do I stop these?

There are only two ways to stop these sms and calls:

1. To activate Do Not Disturb (DND) to your phone number. Generally, the number is 1909. You can sms “START 0” and send it to 1909. You can also call on this number and follow the IVR prompt to activate DND.
2. To report these numbers to TRAI. You can report TRAI by sending sms on 1909 in the below-given format.

Your message, phone number from which you have received the call or sms, and date on which you received the sms or call

For example,

I have received an unsolicited call asking for rs. 10000 against guaranteed return, 9999999999, 09/02/2023

ATS doesn’t, nor is it allowed to, share the clients' data with any third party.
