How do I respond to the email I received from ATS requesting clarity on my trades?

As per the guidelines of SEBI on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), the stockbrokers are required to seek additional clarification on trades that felt suspicious.

ATS requests further clarification based on the alert generated by the exchange, which could be for the sudden increase in the activity of a particular script, circular trading, etc. The clarification that the client needs to provide is mentioned in the mail itself.

Note:The failure to provide the clarifications within 3 business days of receiving the email may lead to blocking your ATS account.
