I have received an email from ATS that my account is inactive and I have to renew my KYC. How do I do that?

Your ATS account will be marked as Inactive if you haven’t placed any trades for a period of 12 months. To make the account active again, you are required to renew your KYC. You can do it by following the process mentioned below:

  • visit https://adityatrading.in/
  • Log in by entering your phone number followed by OTP.
  • Go to the menu bar (Top-right corner) and click on Profile.
  • Under Reactivation Tab, click on proceed.
  • Enter your Client Code followed by OTP.
  • Check your PAN details and Date of Birth (should be as per PAN)
  • If there are any changes in Bank info., Address, Email, or phone number, then click on “Click here” and fill out the required details. Or else
  • Click on Next, Check and fill out your personal details, enter the last 4 digits of your aadhaar card, and click next.
  • Fill out your FATCA details, and after clicking next, upload the latest copy of your PAN, Address proof, and bank proof.
  • Now, you will be redirected to the Digio site to check and e-sign the reactivation form by entering the OTP and clicking on Sign now button.
  • Then at the final stage you will be redirected to the NDSL site, enter your Aaadhaar number and Aadhaar OTP.
  • Now the process of reactivation is completed and a congratulations screen will appear in front of you.

NOTE:

  1. If you want to reactivate your F&O segment you have to submit an income proof. Below are the documents that are accepted as income proof:
    • Last 6-month bank statement with your name, account number, and IFSC mentioned on it
    • ITR acknowledgment
    • Certificate of Net-worth
    • Latest salary slip.
  2. It will take 2 business days to reactive your ATS account.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is reactivated.
